This will allow a company rights to posses, grow, and distribute 1 patented or patent pending novel species or descendant of a novel species offered from Blue Sun Mycology Group. This license does not give the holder the right to conduct research with these novel species. Only to grow or make extracts from.

This license does NOT give the holder the right to cultivate or distribute any novel species or descendant of a novel species offered from Blue Sun Mycology Group. Instead, it gives the holder rights to conduct research such as discovering novel compounds for drug discovery or any other beneficial utility use that may present itself. There is a 4% kickback royalty clause for any new discovery or patent derived from any novel species or descendant of a novel species that is owned by Blue Sun Mycology Group.
